Role Overview
Lead the delivery of SaaS programs focused on mandated regulatory reporting, non-financial disclosures, and sustainability reporting. Ensure alignment across product, engineering, implementation, and client/partner teams while meeting evolving regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities
•Own and manage multiple client projects across regions from kickoff to closure
•Act as the main point of contact for customers, ensuring clear communication and strong relationships
•Create project plans, define milestones, and drive execution against timelines
•Track progress to ensure delivery is on time, within scope, and within budget
•Ensure successful implementation and adoption of the RegTech platform, delivering expected business value and ROI
•Collaborate with product, engineering, sales, and customer success teams for smooth delivery
•Follow and improve delivery processes, ensuring high-quality outputs and proper documentation
•Plan ahead for upcoming work and allocate resources effectively
•Identify risks early and take action to keep projects on track
Key Skills & Qualifications
•Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (preferred) with project management certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2)
•CA qualified is a must
•10–15 years of experience in consulting, SaaS delivery, or professional services
•At least 5+ years of experience in a Project Manager or similar leadership role
•Experience managing multiple client projects in a fast-paced environment
•Strong stakeholder management skills, especially with global clients
•Proven ability to lead teams and drive project outcomes
•Excellent organizational and attention-to-detail skills
•Strong written and verbal communication skills
•Comfortable working with cross-functional teams
•Interest or experience in regulatory technology, compliance, or financial services is a plus
