Skills Required
:
4+ years in Cosmetic, Pharma or FMCG production, with 3+ years in a supervisory role.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Knowledge of production processes and safety standards.
Proficiency in ERP systems and production tools.
Excellent problem-solving abilities.
