Eligibility:
Must be a Graduate / Post graduate, or equivalent experience in film, television, animation, or gaming preferred
Must be an Under / Post graduate, and Preferred to have equivalent education in Project Management.
Relevant 3+ years' work experience in managing large or complex projects, or multiple projects.
Excellent written and Spoken English
Knowledge of project management techniques like PMI or Agile
Excellent problem solving and analytical, planning, facilitation, administrative, and critical thinking skills.
Ability to Manage and improve our flow efficiency through evolutionary change - apply (empirically) proven tools for that purpose.
Ability to help team to not only apply the agile practices that (can) work for us, but enable them to take ownership of their actions (empowered execution).
An Art, Cinema buff and if u love to read you are possibly at the right place
Must be able to work independently.
The ability to motivate others and lead the team
Smart with strong intuition.
Desired Candidates Skill:
Foremost - driven by action and passionate to deliver services which are fit-for-purpose and solving problems of our (internal) customers and stakeholders.
Knowledge and, preferably, experience with agile/project management practices.
Knowledge and experience with Kanban method is a big plus.
Strong drive to organize work and discipline to execute (manage the flow of work).
Continuous Process Improvement practices
Solid decision-making skills; ability to work independently as well as contribute to the departmental team.
Effective interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to be sensitive, adaptable, professional, and articulate when dealing with others (multicultural).
Advanced knowledge of various computer applications including Office / Google suites
Experience with Microsoft Office and Photoshop.
Experience with Maya and After Effects is a plus.
Experience with Shotgun tracking software is a plus.
