Job Description:-
•Ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget and with value-added results.
•Oversee and prepare enterprise technology plans and budgets for all functions within the organization.
•Create, maintain and distribute project documentation, meeting minutes and deliverables on a timely basis.
•Develop detailed project plans based on requirements, scope, budget, and required deliverables.
•Communicate with management to ensure risks are properly addressed and escalated as necessary.
•Effective handling projects with smooth coordination between client and internal team.
•Proactively seeking opportunities for continuous improvement in overall project management approach.
•Usual follow ups for the task Assigned by the Line Producer/Supervisors.
Required Skills & Experience:-
• Effective verbal & written communication skills
• Must be able to work independently and as part of a team
• Positive, solution-oriented individual with a passion for project management.
• Must be able to communicate effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to build a strong interpersonal relationships with production team and artists
• Proactivity and ability to demonstrate a desire for creating work of the highest quality
• Must have good hands-on experience in the entertainment industry
• Professional able to work calmly under pressure and/or challenging conditions.
• Demonstrated problem solving skills.
• Preferred 2+ Yrs of Experience in VFX
