POSITION SUMMARY:
BOT VFX, a visual effects services company with global clients, is looking for a
Production Coordinator
as a full-time
Permanent
role. The position is based out of Chennai.
POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES
Managing day-to-day internal operations of one or more shows, overseeing workflows from ingest to delivery.
Collaborating with the Producer, Production Manager, and Supervisors to track and manage workflows against deadlines.
Maintaining the production database daily with relevant notes, task assignments, and project statuses.
Converting awarded bids into actionable production roadmaps and scheduling tasks for assigned artists.
Managing multiple daily review (dailies) sessions and facilitating communication between supervisors and artists.
Organizing and preparing media for Cinesync and client review sessions to ensure high-quality presentations.
Overseeing client deliveries for all work-in-progress and final outputs while maintaining a detailed delivery log.
REQUIRED SKILLS
Experience: Previous experience in a coordination role within a VFX or post-production environment.
Technical Skills: High proficiency in using production tracking software and maintaining data accuracy.
Technical Skills: Ability to prepare and organize media for various client review platforms and delivery specs.
Soft Skills: Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
Soft Skills: Effective communication and coordination abilities to bridge gaps between technical and creative teams.
