This is a position based out of our <strong data-stringify-type="bold">Bangalore office</strong>. <div class="p-rich_text_section"><br><strong data-stringify-type="bold">What you’ll do (responsibilities)</strong><br>We’re looking for experienced individual contributors who’ve worked on large-scale products before, and we expect you to ramp up quickly and help us launch our products.</div>

<li data-stringify-indent="0" data-stringify-border="0">Helping customers troubleshoot and resolve technical issues through various channels.</li>
<li data-stringify-indent="0" data-stringify-border="0">Providing solutions or workarounds for technical issues.</li>
<li data-stringify-indent="0" data-stringify-border="0">Keeping detailed records of support cases and solutions.</li>
<li data-stringify-indent="0" data-stringify-border="0">Explaining technical issues and solutions clearly to non-technical users.</li>
<li data-stringify-indent="0" data-stringify-border="0">Working with other technical teams to resolve complex problems.</li>
<li data-stringify-indent="0" data-stringify-border="0">Testing new features and updates and providing feedback.</li>
<li data-stringify-indent="0" data-stringify-border="0">Overseeing system performance and performing routine maintenance.</li>

<div class="p-rich_text_section"><strong data-stringify-type="bold">What we’re looking for (qualifications)</strong><br>We do not require any formal qualifications, but we value hands-on skills. We also enjoy working with people who are looking to learn new things and have a sense of responsibility towards their work.</div>

<li data-stringify-indent="0" data-stringify-border="0"><strong data-stringify-type="bold">Experience:</strong> 3-5 years of experience in a technical support role, preferably within the SaaS industry.</li>
<li data-stringify-indent="0" data-stringify-border="0"><strong data-stringify-type="bold">Technical Skills:</strong> Strong understanding of web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript), APIs (REST, SOAP), and database management (SQL).</li>
<li data-stringify-indent="0" data-stringify-border="0"><strong data-stringify-type="bold">Scripting:</strong> Familiarity with shell scripting in linux or windows power shell.</li>
<li data-stringify-indent="0" data-stringify-border="0"><strong data-stringify-type="bold">Cloud Computing:</strong> Knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure and understanding of how cloud infrastructure supports SaaS products.</li>
<li data-stringify-indent="0" data-stringify-border="0"><strong data-stringify-type="bold">Problem-Solving:</strong> Demonstrated ability to analyze complex technical issues and develop practical solutions under pressure.</li>
<li data-stringify-indent="0" data-stringify-border="0"><strong data-stringify-type="bold">Customer Focus:</strong> Strong customer service orientation with a passion for delivering high-quality support and fostering positive customer relationships.</li>
<li data-stringify-indent="0" data-stringify-border="0"><strong data-stringify-type="bold">Communication Skills:</strong> Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical information clearly and concisely.</li>
