As the first point of contact for our users, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional support and ensuring a positive experience with our CloudEK product. This is an excellent opportunity to dive deep into the world of cybersecurity, develop your technical skills, and contribute to a vital aspect of our customer success. Responsibilities: <ul class="ul1"> <li class="li2">Act as the first point of contact (Level 1 support) for user inquiries related to CloudEK's comprehensive product via various channels (e.g., email, chat, phone).</li> <li class="li3">Troubleshoot and resolve basic technical issues by utilizing internal knowledge bases, documentation, and problem-solving skills.</li> <li class="li3">Accurately document all user interactions, issues, and resolutions in our support ticketing system.</li> <li class="li3">Contribute to the creation and maintenance of clear and concise documentation for common issues and solutions.</li> <li class="li3">Escalate complex technical issues to higher-level support teams with detailed information and troubleshooting steps taken.</li> <li class="li3">Demonstrate a strong passion for cybersecurity and a proactive approach to learning about CloudEK's product and the broader threat landscape.</li> <li class="li3">Develop an understanding of compliance standards and cyber laws relevant to our product and industry.</li> <li class="li3">Stay up-to-date with the latest cybersecurity threats and trends.</li> <li class="li3">Explore and apply AI prompt engineering techniques to enhance support processes and knowledge resources.(High preference)</li> <li class="li3">Employ strong problem-solving skills and out-of-the-box thinking to identify and resolve user challenges effectively.</li> <li class="li4">Demonstrate a strong aptitude towards cybersecurity and a keen interest in expanding your knowledge in this domain.(Mandatory)</li> </ul> Qualifications: <ul class="ul1"> <li class="li2">Bachelors degree in Technology (B.Tech) or any other graduation. Preference will be given to candidates with a background or strong aptitude towards Cyber Security.</li> <li class="li3">No part-time applications will be considered.
