Role
We are looking for a highly driven and strategic sales leader to drive adoption of GNAi and Vidyut AI across India’s power ecosystem.
The ideal candidate has strong experience selling data and analytics related technology solutions. This role requires a consultative approach, strong sector knowledge, and the ability to engage CXOs, commercial heads, and operational leaders in both private sector and government entities.
Key Responsibilities
Revenue & Business Growth
Drive end-to-end enterprise sales for GNAi and Vidyut AI
Identify and pursue new business opportunities across Discoms, generators, power trading companies, C&I clients, think tanks, research groups, etc.
Achieve and exceed annual revenue targets
Consultative Solution Selling:
Understand client pain points and position GNAi as the appropriate solution
Stakeholder Engagement:
Engage with CXOs, Chief Engineers, Commercial Heads, Market Operations Teams, and IT leaders
Lead product demos, workshops, and technical discussions
Coordinate with internal product, analytics, and tech teams to craft tailored proposals
Strategic Partnerships
Develop relationships with industry bodies, consultants, and advisory firms
Represent GNA Energy at conferences, regulatory forums, and power-sector events
Identify partnership opportunities for ecosystem expansion
Sales Process & Pipeline Management
Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline
Lead RFP/RFQ responses
Drive contract negotiations and closure
Maintain CRM discipline and revenue forecasting
Required Qualifications
5–10 years of enterprise B2B sales experience
Proven track record of selling technology, SaaS, analytics, or enterprise platforms
Familiarity with the power market will be an added advantage
Experience working with utilities, generators, traders, or regulators preferred
Ability to engage technical and non-technical stakeholders
Strong financial acumen and understanding of market economics
Excellent communication and presentation skills
