Job Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic Product / Program Manager to join the Founder's Office, driving end-to-end product development and execution. The ideal candidate will work closely with the founder and technology teams to translate vision into actionable roadmaps and ensure timely delivery of product initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
● Own and manage the product roadmap, ensuring alignment with business goals and timelines.
● Collaborate daily with the tech team to plan, prioritize, and execute sprints.
● Lead sprint ceremonies, backlog grooming, and progress tracking.
● Coordinate with external vendors and partners for integrations and deliverables.
● Gather and analyze feedback from internal users and customers to identify challenges in product adoption.
● Track and report adoption metrics, driving initiatives to enhance product usability and success.
● Monitor product performance and support iteration based on feedback and data insights.
● Ensure effective communication between product, design, and engineering teams.
Requirements:
● 2–4 years of experience in product or program management in a tech-driven environment.
● Strong skills in project planning, and stakeholder management.
● Analytical mindset with a focus on user feedback, adoption, and impact measurement.
● Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
● Based in Hyderabad (in-office / hybrid).
