Lead and own high-priority, cross-functional initiatives using a problem solving mindset. Develop project plans, define success metrics, and drive execution with agility to bring order to complex, ambiguous challenges.
Define and implement robust measurement frameworks (Key Performance Indicator (KPI) selection, incrementality, and full-funnel attribution) to evaluate the success of our marketing investments.
Develop and manage strategic co-marketing partnerships. Craft and execute joint go-to-market strategies that leverage partner ecosystems to hypercharge reach and engagement.
Manage the end-to-end partnership lifecycle, from campaign execution and to performance reporting.
Act as the primary liaison within marketing and internal stakeholders. Share actionable, incisive findings to generate buy-in and guide product/brand development that best serves the unique nuances of the Indian market.
Minimum qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
4 years of experience in marketing working across one or more marketing fields (i.e., growth, product marketing, brand marketing, social).
Experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.
Preferred qualifications:
Experience working in one or more of the following fields: growth, product, brand, social, or partner marketing or research.
Experience with marketing and sales operations, financial analytics, or other related field.
Experience in consulting and working with behavioural marketing data.
Experience working on projects with external stakeholders.
