Drive the Go-to-market (GTM) strategy, plan, and execution for Google Search in India, using research and insights throughout the process.
Work closely with various teams (e.g., cross-functional teams, external agencies, external partners), communicating and solving problems collaboratively.
Develop the social and partnership strategies and execution plan.
Conduct analysis to support Marketing strategy, impact, and measurement.
Minimum qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
4 years of experience in marketing working across one or more marketing fields (i.e. growth, product marketing, brand marketing, social).
Experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.
Preferred qualifications:
Experience with metrics, analytics, and using data to inform marketing or product strategy.
Experience in developing and executing brand strategy.
Experience in building social first campaign and executing media partnerships.
Ability to demonstrate an interest for technology, creativity to "think outside the box," and leadership to execute, using AI tools.
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and people-management skills, as well as excellent business judgment.
