Lead Developer Marketing Fund (DMF) programs to fulfill strategic agreement obligations, overseeing the execution of DMF programs, including development of creative playbooks that streamline how developer partners show up in global campaigns, asset reviews, campaign reporting, and continuous communication with developer partners to optimize campaigns. Manage asset reviews and secure developer approvals for partner-related content, ensuring all output aligns with brand standards and partner identity. Prioritize partner content across their liveops and other beats for organic social posts in collaboration with the India-based team and secure developer approvals for partner related posts. Assist with overall team research, pitch decks, or presentations for developer partners. Minimum qualifications: Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience. 4 years of experience in marketing working across one or more marketing fields (e.g., growth, product marketing, brand marketing, social). Experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects. Preferred qualifications: Experience working with game or app developers, as well as key partners to develop and execute joint marketing campaigns, and drive business outcomes. Experience or interest in the video/mobile games industry. Excellent communication skills to present information and manage relationships with various audiences externally and internally. Excellent project management skills, with ability to manage simultaneous projects across multiple internal stakeholders. Excellent problem solving, attention to detail, analytical, and business skills.
