What you'll be doing as a Product Marketing Manager:
Brand & Storytelling
Strengthen Paperflite’s brand voice and presence across digital and customer touchpoints
Drive thought leadership and brand campaigns in the sales enablement and sales coaching space
Build credibility through content strategy, founder branding, PR opportunities, webinars and events
Ensure consistency across website, social channels, design language and external communication
Product Marketing & GTM
Own product positioning, messaging architecture and differentiated narratives across personas and segments
Lead end-to-end product launches including GTM strategy, launch planning, enablement and adoption
Build strong customer insight loops through voice-of-customer programs, win/loss analysis and competitive intelligence
Partner closely with Product teams to shape roadmap storytelling and category narratives
Team & Cross-Functional Leadership
Lead and mentor a high-performing marketing team across content, design and product marketing
Establish clear operating rhythms, goals and metrics-driven execution
Manage external agencies, freelancers, marketing tools and budgets
Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Sales, Customer Success and Leadership to align marketing priorities with business goals
What We’re Looking For:
6–10 years of experience in Product Marketing, Brand Marketing or GTM roles within B2B SaaS
Strong storytelling and positioning capabilities with an eye for both strategy and execution
Experience launching products and enabling sales teams in fast-paced environments
Ability to simplify complex product concepts into compelling customer narratives
Strong stakeholder management and team leadership experience
High ownership mindset with the ability to thrive in ambiguity and scale
