Define positioning and messaging architecture across the Keka product portfolio
Author category-level POV papers and research reports
Partner with Sales and GTM teams to build effective sales motions,
Translate product capabilities into compelling customer value propositions and drive high-impact launches.

What You Bring
8 to 12 years of B2B SaaS product marketing experience

Experience with or strong working knowledge of analyst relations is a plus.
HRMS or HCM domain background is a plus, though not required.
Open to being in the Bengaluru or Hyderabad office three times a week.
What will help you succeed in this role

Beyond strong cross-functional collaboration, building customer empathy through continuous interactions and deeply understanding their pain points is critical to succeed in this role.
While messaging and communication are core skills of a PMM, this role demands excellent analytical capabilities to be able to solve tough problems like pricing, packaging, and expansion.
Keka is growing rapidly, and many processes are still evolving. You should be comfortable operating in ambiguity and helping define and scale new ways of working.
