About ProcureKey:

The Role:
We are looking for a Product Marketing Executive who combines strong design sensibility with B2B SaaS marketing depth. You will own GTM strategy, sales enablement, LinkedIn, webinars, and visual communication across the brand, while keeping the sales and marketing teams tightly aligned.
What You Will Own:
GTM and Content -
Support go-to-market strategy and execution across key ICP verticals
Translate product capabilities into value propositions, use-case narratives, and ICP-specific messaging
Assist in creating funnel-based content including email copy, blogs, and case studies
Conduct ongoing competitor research and surface insights to the marketing and sales teams
Design and Visual Communication -
Create marketing assets across Canva and Figma including campaign creatives, social media posts, presentation decks, event materials, webinar slides, and sales collateral.
Own the visual language of ProcureKey marketing materials ensuring brand consistency across all touchpoints
Design assets for LinkedIn, webinars, events, and internal communications
Bring a strong design quotient to everything that goes out, from a one-pager to a campaign graphic.
Social Media -
Own the ProcureKey LinkedIn presence and content strategy
Plan, write, and design content aligned to ICP themes and product positioning
Manage community engagement across the ProcureKey handle
Track performance and iterate based on what resonates with the target audience.
Webinars -
Own the full webinar cycle from topic planning and promotion through to follow-up and reporting.
Design webinar decks and promotional assets.
Build and send pre-webinar and post-webinar email sequences.
Manage registrations, attendee communications, and no-show tracking
Report on registrations, attendance, and demo conversions after each webinar.
Events -
Own relationships with event organizers, procurement communities, and industry bodies
Stay on top of the global procurement and B2B SaaS events landscape and identify the right opportunities for ProcureKey.
Evaluate events for ICP fit, audience quality, and ROI potential before committing.
What We Are Looking For:
Must Have -
2 to 4 years in B2B SaaS marketing with GTM, product marketing, or demand gen focus.
Strong hands-on design skills in Canva and Figma with a portfolio that shows it.
Good design quotient: an eye for layout, hierarchy, and visual consistency, not just tool proficiency.
Hands-on experience with SaaS product marketing.
Has end-to-end webinars including promotion, live execution, and follow-up.
Experience in sales enablement including maintaining collateral and aligning with sales teams.
Strong B2B copywriting ability for senior professional audiences.
HubSpot or equivalent marketing automation experience.
Self-sufficient and able to manage multiple workstreams without daily direction.
Good to Have:
Basic understanding of SEO and how product content supports organic growth
