We are looking for a Product Manager – MarTech to lead the strategy, development, and optimization of marketing technology platforms that power user acquisition, engagement, retention, and monetization for our mobile games portfolio. This role sits at the intersection of product, marketing, data, and engineering, driving scalable solutions across attribution, campaign automation, audience segmentation, and ad monetization.
Key Roles & Responsibilities
MarTech Platform Ownership
Own end-to-end product lifecycle for MarTech stack (MMP integrations, CDP, attribution, campaign tools, and internal ad tech systems).
Define roadmap for marketing automation, personalization, and audience orchestration.
User Acquisition & Attribution
Optimize integrations with MMPs (e.g., AppsFlyer, Adjust) and ad networks (Meta, Google, TikTok, Unity, etc.).
Improve attribution accuracy, fraud detection, and campaign performance visibility.
Enable scalable tracking of installs, re-installs, and in-app events.
Data & Audience Strategy
Design and implement audience segmentation frameworks for lifecycle marketing.
Collaborate with data teams to build real-time pipelines and actionable dashboards.
Drive adoption of CDP for unified user profiles and cross-channel targeting.
Campaign Automation & Optimization
Build tools/workflows for automated campaign execution (UA & re-engagement).
Enable A/B testing frameworks for creatives, targeting, and bidding strategies.
Improve ROI through data-driven experimentation and optimization loops.
Ad Monetization Support
Collaborate with Ad Monetization teams to optimize waterfall, bidding, and mediation strategies.
Enable tracking and analytics for ad revenue, ARPDAU, and LTV.
Cross-functional Collaboration
Work closely with Engineering, Data, UA, CRM, and Monetization teams.
Translate business needs into scalable technical solutions.
Manage stakeholder expectations across marketing and leadership.
Required Skills & Experiences
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in business or related field
5+ years of experience in mobile marketing, product marketing, or brand marketing
Strong product management fundamentals (roadmapping, prioritization, execution).
Experience managing data-heavy or platform products.
Ability to translate complex marketing problems into technical solutions.
Any prior experience for building any marketing product will have an added advantage.
Knowledge of player behavior, monetization strategies, and the competitive landscape within the mobile gaming market.
Proficiency in using various marketing automation tools, analytics platforms, and ad networks.
Ability to interpret complex data sets to extract actionable insights and optimize marketing campaigns.
Develop comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with overall business goals.
Work effectively with cross-functional teams including developers, delivery managers, and creative teams.
