About this role

Define the product outlook and roadmap for your areas, working across Play’s organization to ensure alignment on strategy and execution timelines. Own the end-to-end lifecycle for product features. Identify new opportunities for business growth, while balancing user experience and developer success. Communicate product plans, progress, and results to stakeholders and leadership across the organization, get buy-in from executives and Play leads, and define product requirements. Define experiment phases and product’s launch phases, accounting, business impact, and overall Play and Ads strategy. Analyze key metrics to measure the success of new features and identify opportunities for improvement and interpret results for cohesive yet clear takeaways. Manage product launches and go-to-market strategies in collaboration with Marketing and Public Relations, with a focus on key markets. Minimum qualifications: Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience. 5 years of experience in product management. Preferred qualifications: Experience defining product outlook and multi-year product strategy. Track record of driving leadership buy-in, especially in large and complex organization. Understanding of the mobile app ecosystem and developer needs. Ability to develop and launch products that drive user engagement. Strong problem solving skills, with ability to synthesize and derive implications. Strong narrative, storytelling, and communication skills.
