Job Title Product Manager–Fleet Management Solutions Job Description Product Manager–Fleet Management Solutions The Product Manager – Fleet Management Solutions is accountable for defining and driving the end‑to‑end (E2E) fleet portfolio strategy, execution, and lifecycle management, translating customer needs, installed base insights, and business objectives into scalable digital and service solutions. The role owns the definition and execution of integrated fleet, software, service, and lifecycle roadmaps (e.g., Protocol Manager, TechMax, CollabLive, subscription offerings), ensuring strong alignment with portfolio strategy, optimal performance, quality‑cost balance, and commercial success. Key Objectives: Define and execute a clear fleet management portfolio strategy and roadmap Deliver integrated solutions across the installed base and strengthen NPI proposition Drive customer productivity, lifecycle value, and recurring revenue growth Strengthen E2E ownership, value proposition clarity, and adoption performance Your Role: End-to-End Portfolio Ownership & Cross BUs Alignment Owns end‑to‑end (E2E) lifecycle management of the Fleet Management portfolio across equipment, software, and service domains Ensures strong alignment across Business Units (BU), to deliver integrated and scalable solutions Drives portfolio prioritization and trade-offs, balancing customer needs, regional demands, technical feasibility, and business impact Acts as the single point of accountability for fleet portfolio performance and evolution across the organization Strategy, Roadmap & Product Definition Defines and drives the fleet portfolio strategy and roadmap, integrating: Installed base insights (performance, lifecycle stage, ESL) Customer workflows and productivity needs Market trends, competitive landscape, and digital health evolution Owns end-to-end product definition, ensuring clear requirements across software, service, and data-driven solutions Aligns strategy with portfolio-level objectives and cross-segment dependencies Value Proposition, Product Development & Lifecycle Execution Owns and governs end‑to‑end value creation and lifecycle execution of the fleet portfolio: AD/ PDLM/MLD, VPC, Launch Brief, Launch Plan, Business Case, Claims, Customer Life Cycle Plan Proactively evaluate customer feedback, market insights, and competitive dynamics and benchmark Cross-functional leadership and alignment to secure pre-defined commercial (OIT, revenue, margin, penetration), user needs, quality and cost KPIs. Go-to-Market & Adoption Support Product Marketing and regions to: Define and execute go-to-market strategies and plan Enable successful product launches and adoption Ensures clear and differentiated value proposition articulation Monitors and addresses adoption gaps, driving corrective actions to ensure sustained market success Stakeholder & Ecosystem Leadership Builds and manages strong relationships across: Regions, service organizations, and sales teams Key customers and strategic partners Acts as a subject-matter expert for fleet and lifecycle solutions Provides strategic guidance, training, and enablement to support commercial success You are fit if: 5+ years product management, finance, or business management experience Experience in SaaS, digital platforms, or service solutions Strong stakeholder management and analytical skills Commercial acumen and data-driven decision-making Excellent communication and presentation skills Experience in healthcare, imaging, or IoT platforms will be preferred Understanding of installed base lifecycle and subscription models will be preferred. How we work together: We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week. Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities. Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.
