Job Description
Summary:
The Product Manager – AI & ERP Automation will lead the definition, delivery, and evolution of AI‑powered ERP automation use cases, with an initial focus on Plex Finance. This role will own product strategy and execution for finance automation initiatives while also contributing to AI opportunities across broader ERP domains such as supply chain and procurement. The role is based in Pune (Balewadi) and follows a hybrid work model (3 days in office: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday). This is a long‑term growth role with strong career progression opportunities as Plex's AI portfolio expands.
You will report to Group Product Manager, Work location Pune.
Your Responsibilities:
Own end‑to‑end product management for
AI‑driven ERP Finance automation
, starting with:
Accounts Payable (AP) automation
Bank reconciliation automation
Journal entry automation
Cash‑flow prediction and finance intelligence
Translate business problems into
clear product requirements, epic stories, and prioritized roadmaps
Partner closely with
engineering, data science, UX, and architecture teams
to deliver scalable AI solutions
Drive
solution design, development execution, and delivery readiness
for committed releases
Collaborate with stakeholders across
Finance, Supply Chain, and ERP domains
to identify and shape future AI automation opportunities (procurement, requisitioning, shipping, receiving, etc.)
Balance
short‑term delivery commitments
with
long‑term product vision
Ensure solutions are aligned to
customer value, measurable outcomes, and business growth goals
Actively contribute to Plex's
AI strategy and product positioning
within Rockwell Automation
The Essentials - You Will Have:
5+ years of experience in
Product Management
, preferably within
ERP, Finance Systems, or Enterprise Software
Demonstrated exposure to
AI/ML‑driven products or automation use cases
Solid understanding of
ERP Finance processes
(AP, GL, reconciliation, cash flow, controls)
Ability to work effectively with cross‑functional, global teams
Strong communication skills with a
collaborative, ownership‑driven mindset
The Preferred - You Might Also Have:
5+ years of experience with
ERP platforms
, finance automation, or enterprise SaaS products
Familiarity with AI concepts such as
workflow automation, predictive analytics, intelligent document processing
Experience influencing roadmap decisions in complex enterprise environments
