Key Responsibilities
1. Product Strategy & Planning
Develop and execute product strategies aligned with business goals
Manage the full product lifecycle from ideation to launch and post-launch performance
Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitor activities
2. Market & Customer Insights
Analyze market dynamics in the companion animal segment
Work closely with veterinarians, distributors, and pet owners to gather insights
Identify opportunities for product innovation and portfolio expansion
3. Product Development & Launch
Coordinate with R&D, regulatory, and supply chain teams for product development
Lead product launches, including positioning, pricing, and go-to-market strategies
Ensure timely delivery of products with required quality standards
4. Sales & Marketing Support
Develop marketing materials, training modules, and promotional campaigns
Support the sales team with product knowledge and strategy
Monitor product performance and drive corrective actions where required
5. Regulatory & Compliance
Ensure compliance with applicable regulations for animal health products
Coordinate documentation and approvals with regulatory authorities
6. Stakeholder Management
Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Supply Chain, Finance, Regulatory)
Build relationships with external stakeholders such as veterinarians and key opinion leaders

Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Veterinary Science / Life Sciences / Pharmacy / Marketing
MBA (preferred)
6–10 years of experience in product management, preferably in animal health, pharma, or FMCG
Experience in companion animal segment is highly desirable
