Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Product Manager located in Bengaluru. As a Senior Product Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the development and execution of our hyper-automation platform and low-code solutions. Your tasks will include defining product marketing strategies, gathering and prioritizing product requirements, conducting market research, content strategies, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring successful product launches, and campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
Stakeholder Management
Collaborate with sales, marketing, and customer support teams to ensure successful product adoption and customer satisfaction.
Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders regarding product updates and performance.
Customer & Analyst Engagement
Engage with customers to understand their needs, gather feedback, and ensure the product delivers value.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners.
Interact with industry analyst firms such as Gartner, Forrester, and Celent to articulate the product's value proposition and stay informed about industry trends.
Marketing Collaboration
Work with marketing teams to articulate product offerings and create compelling product content.
Participate in the creation and curation of product-related marketing materials, including whitepapers, case studies, and presentations.
Support marketing efforts by providing insights and expertise on the product and its market positioning.
Unit Economics & Pricing
Develop and manage pricing strategies for the hyper-automation platform.
Analyze unit economics to ensure the product is competitively priced while maintaining profitability.
Utilize financial models to derive pricing strategies that align with market demands and business objectives.
Product Development
Work closely with engineering, design, and QA teams to define product requirements and specifications.
Prioritize features, enhancements, and bug fixes based on customer feedback and business priorities.
Oversee the end-to-end product lifecycle from concept to launch and beyond.
Qualifications
Strong knowledge of product management principles and practices
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
Minimum of 8-10 years of experience with at least 3 years in a senior product management role.
Proven experience with hyper-automation platforms (e.g., Appian, Pega) or similar technologies'
Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.
Experience interacting with industry analyst firms and customers, and ability to articulate product offerings effectively.
Proven track record in collaborating with marketing teams to create and curate product content.
Experience in deriving unit economics and pricing strategies for similar products.
Knowledge of financial services, especially insurance and banking, is highly desirable.
