Loop is building the next generation of healthcare and insurance infrastructure for enterprises. Our mission is to transform how insurance and healthcare work together by making them understandable, preventive, and intelligent.
We are looking for Product Managers who are builders. People who can move from customer insight to shipped product quickly, and increasingly, through AI-native systems. You will own products across our enterprise and insurance platforms and help shape how AI augments healthcare, policy coverage, claims and support workflows, decision making, and member experiences. This includes building agentic workflows, deploying LLM-powered systems, and designing products where software and AI work together seamlessly.
This role reports to the Lead PM and requires a combination of product thinking, technical fluency, and execution ownership.
What You Will Do
Own the vision, strategy, and execution of key products across Loop’s enterprise and insurance platforms
Design and ship AI-first product experiences using LLMs, automation, and intelligent workflows
Move quickly from problem discovery to product shipping by building prototypes, experiments, and production features
Work directly with engineering, design, and data teams to deploy agentic workflows, automation, and AI-enabled decision systems
Define and run product experiments, evaluation frameworks, and model performance benchmarks
Align cross-functional stakeholders across sales, operations, medical teams, and customer success to build products that scale
Drive clarity and decision-making across competing priorities and ambiguous problem spaces
What We Are Looking For
3-5 years of product management experience in fast-moving product environments
Strong builders mindset. You ship products, not just manage backlogs
Experience working on technical platforms, internal tools, or complex workflow products
Comfort working with AI systems including LLMs, generative AI products, or automation-driven workflows
Understanding of how to evaluate and ship AI systems including prompts, evaluation frameworks, model behaviour, and product trade-offs
Ability to move from ambiguous problem spaces to clear product strategy and execution
Strong product intuition around UX, workflows, and customer experience
Strong written and verbal communication with the ability to articulate complex problems clearly
