Key Responsibilities:
Product Strategy & Roadmap
Define and execute a multi-year product vision and roadmap informed by executive vision, competitive market analysis, technology progression, and ongoing user feedback.
Balance short-term deliverables with long-term growth opportunities in the target business realm.
Participate in Go-To-Market (GTM) strategies and make recommendations.
Stakeholder Collaboration
Engage cross-functional teams (sales, marketing, SMEs, UX, and development) to gather requirements and share progress.
Coordinate with external stakeholders (business prospects, relevant institutions, vendors, and regulatory bodies) to ensure alignment and transparency throughout the product lifecycle.
Agile Delivery & Backlog Management
Own and refine product backlog, prioritize feature enhancements, and work with engineering to deliver timely releases.
Champion Agile methodologies to optimize workflow and smartly accommodate feedback.
Market & Regulatory Insight
Monitor Indian healthcare trends, guidelines, and regulatory changes (e.g., IRDAI, NABH, DPDPA) to maintain compliance and product differentiation.
Conduct thorough market research to identify emerging opportunities and competitive positioning.
Revenue & Growth
Identify and pursue market opportunities to expand product reach, partnering with sales and marketing for go-to-market strategies.
Support revenue goals by defining features and solutions that address critical customer pain points.
Team Leadership
Inspire business stakeholder, SMEs, and development teams to foster collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
Encourage a transparent, results-driven environment that emphasizes shared ownership and accountability.
Customer Advocacy
Lead customer demos, solicit feedback, and incorporate insights into product evolution.
Maintain high customer satisfaction through clear communication and ongoing product enhancements.
Qualifications:
3–4 years of product management experience.
Proven ability to manage complex product lifecycles, including launch, scale-up, and continuous iteration.
Strong command of Agile methodologies and cross-functional team leadership.
Excellent communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills, with experience in stakeholder alignment and product demonstrations.
MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred.
