Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Product Manager to lead the development and execution of groundbreaking AI products. The ideal candidate will have a robust background in product management within AI-focused companies and possess a strong understanding of AI technologies and their applications. This role will require a dynamic blend of technical expertise, strategic thinking, and leadership to drive our products from conception to launch.
Responsibilities:
Product Leadership and Strategy:
- Define and execute the product vision and strategy for AI-driven solutions, ensuring alignment with the broader business objectives.
- Lead cross-functional teams through product development cycles, from ideation to launch, ensuring milestones are met efficiently and effectively.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities for innovation and differentiation within the AI landscape.
Stakeholder Collaboration:
- Work closely with engineering, data science, design, and marketing teams to build scalable, high-impact products that meet customer needs.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for product-related queries, facilitating clear communication and collaboration among internal teams and external partners.
- Present product plans and performance metrics to senior management and key stakeholders, ensuring transparency and alignment across the organization.
Customer and Market Insights:
- Gather and analyze feedback from customers, stakeholders, and the market to guide product improvements and iterations.
- Utilize insights from data to make informed decisions about product direction and strategy.
- Engage with customers through interviews, surveys, and user testing to understand their needs and experiences.
Product Optimization and Scale:
- Monitor product performance metrics and refine strategies based on analytical findings.
- Lead initiatives to enhance product functionality, user experience, and overall market fit.
- Prioritize features and tasks, managing the product backlog and roadmap with a focus on delivering value to customers.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related fields.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in product management, ideally within AI or technology-focused companies.
- Demonstrated understanding of AI technologies, machine learning models, and their practical applications.
- Proven track record of managing all aspects of a successful product throughout its lifecycle.
- Should understand business analytics and think of use cases around it
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven mindset.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and leadership skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and manage cross-functional teams.
- Comfort with a hybrid working model, collaborating both onsite and remotely.
