We are looking for a "Product Manager” for a mobile gaming domain. He/she will oversee the integration and utilization of marketing technology tools within a mobile gaming company, primarily focused on acquiring and retaining players by strategically managing marketing campaigns across various digital channels using data-driven insights and sophisticated software platforms.
We are looking for a Product Manager – AdTech to lead the strategy, development, and optimization of Ad tech platforms that powers monetization across F2P mobile games. This role sits at the intersection of product, marketing, data, and engineering, driving scalable solutions across mediation, bidding, and data-driven optimization
Key Roles & Responsibilities
Ad Monetization Ownership
Own end-to-end AdTech product roadmap (mediation, bidding, ad server, analytics)
Maximize
ARPDAU, eCPM, fill rate, and overall ad revenue
Continuously optimize ad placements (rewarded, interstitial, banner)
Mediation & Bidding Strategy
Manage and optimize mediation platforms (e.g., ironSource, AppLovin MAX, AdMob)
Drive transition from waterfall to
in-app bidding / hybrid setups
Optimize demand partner mix and auction dynamics
Ad Server & Delivery Systems
Define architecture for in-house ad server / decisioning systems
Optimize latency, request efficiency, and ad load success rates
Ensure high availability and scalability of ad delivery systems
Data & Experimentation
Build frameworks for A/B testing (placement, frequency, pricing floors)
Partner with data teams for real-time dashboards and revenue insights
Drive LTV uplift through continuous experimentation
Demand Partner Integrations
Integrate and manage ad networks, DSPs, and exchanges
Monitor partner performance, discrepancies, and fraud signals
Negotiate and onboard new demand sources
User Experience & Retention
Balance monetization with player experience and retention
Optimize ad frequency, pacing, and personalization
Work with game teams to design non-intrusive ad experiences
Privacy & Compliance
Ensure compliance with ATT, GDPR, CCPA, and platform policies
Support SKAdNetwork, Privacy Sandbox, and signal loss adaptations
Cross-functional Collaboration
Work with Engineering, Data, UA, and Game teams
Translate revenue goals into scalable technical solutions
Align stakeholders on monetization strategy and trade-offs
Required Skills & Experiences
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in business or related field
5+ years of experience in AdTech and gaming
Deep experience with:Mediation platforms (ironSource, AppLovin MAX, AdMob)
Bidding vs waterfall models
Ad formats: Rewarded Video, Interstitial, Banner, Native
Strong understanding of auction dynamics, eCPM optimization, and fill rate drivers
Any prior experience for building any AdTech product will have an added advantage.
Knowledge of player behavior, monetization strategies, and the competitive landscape within the mobile gaming market.
Ability to interpret complex data sets to extract actionable insights and optimize marketing campaigns.
Develop comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with overall business goals.
Work effectively with cross-functional teams including developers, delivery managers, and creative teams.
