About the Role We are seeking a passionate and detail-oriented Product Manager – Broking to join our team at Paytm Money. The ideal candidate should have a solid understanding of the broking ecosystem, trading platforms, and capital markets, with hands-on experience in building scalable, user-focused digital products. This is an individual contributor (IC) role that involves ownership of the entire product lifecycle — from strategy to execution — to deliver best-in-class investment & trading experiences. Key Responsibilities ● Own the end-to-end product lifecycle for broking and trading products across Equity, Derivatives, Commodities, ETFs, and related offerings. ● Define the product vision, roadmap, and strategy aligned with business and regulatory goals. ● Collaborate with technology, design, operations, compliance, and business teams to conceptualize and deliver impactful product features. ● Conduct market research, competitor benchmarking, and user behavior analysis to identify growth and innovation opportunities. ● Translate customer and business needs into clear PRDs, wireframes, and user stories. ● Ensure all features adhere to regulatory, risk, and compliance frameworks (SEBI, Exchanges, etc.). ● Track product adoption, engagement, and retention through data-driven metrics and analytics tools; optimize continuously for better user experience. ● Stay updated on market trends, SEBI guidelines, and technology advancements in the broking and wealth-tech domain. Requirements ● 7+ years of experience, with minimum 3 years in Broking, Capital Markets, or WealthTech domain. ● In-depth understanding of trading platforms, OMS/RMS, KYC, settlements, and compliance processes. ● Proven track record in managing digital products in broking, fintech, or investment platforms. ● Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills. ● Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration abilities. ● Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth fintech environment. Good to Have ● Exposure to app-based or digital trading platforms. ● Understanding of mutual funds, advisory, and wealth management products. ● Experience in scaling B2C fintech products and driving customer engagement.
