Product Executive
to manage lead operations, coordinate cross-functional activities, and ensure seamless execution between departments. The role demands strong ownership, analytical thinking, and operational excellence in a fast-paced edtech environment.
About Creative Edge
Creative Edge is the design preparation vertical of Toprankers, catering to students preparing for entrance examinations such as NID, NIFT, UCEED, CEED, B.Arch, and other creative and design-focused careers. The team works at the intersection of education, technology, counselling, and student success.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Management & Conversion Coordination
Handle and monitor incoming leads across all channels including website, campaigns, counsellor referrals, and partnerships
Ensure timely lead allocation and follow-up coordination with counselling teams
Track lead lifecycle, conversion funnel, and response timelines
Identify leakages in the lead process and recommend operational improvements
Maintain accurate lead databases and CRM hygiene
Operational Coordination
Coordinate with internal departments including:
Counselling & Sales
Marketing
Academics
Product & Tech
Operations
Ensure smooth execution of day-to-day operational activities
Act as a bridge between teams to ensure alignment and timely execution
Follow up on pending tasks, escalations, and inter-team dependencies
Reporting & Analytics
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports related to leads, conversions, productivity, and operations
Analyze trends and provide actionable insights to improve efficiency
Maintain dashboards and operational trackers
Support management with business data and operational reviews
Process Management
Ensure SOP adherence across teams
Build and improve operational workflows wherever required
Support implementation of new operational initiatives and tools
Assist in streamlining communication and execution processes

Required Skills
Strong understanding of lead management and operational coordination
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
High ownership and accountability
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Ability to manage multiple tasks under deadlines
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets
Comfortable working with CRM and reporting tools
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations, Marketing, or related field
1–3 years of experience in operations, lead management, or coordination roles
Experience in edtech/startup environment preferred
