About the Role
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Product Designer to conceptualize and design product accessories, with a focus on bags, pouches, and packaging concepts. This role involves translating brand aesthetics into functional, visually appealing, and production-ready designs that enhance the overall product and brand experience.
Roles & Responsibilities
Conceptualize and design bags, pouches, and accessory packaging for various product lines
Develop innovative packaging concepts that enhance product presentation and brand experience
Create design mockups, sketches, and prototypes for accessories and packaging materials
Collaborate with product development, sourcing, and marketing teams to ensure feasibility and brand alignment
Research market trends, materials, and design innovations to introduce fresh ideas
Coordinate with vendors and manufacturers for sampling, material selection, and production feasibility
Ensure designs meet quality standards, functionality, and brand guidelines
Prepare design documentation, technical specifications, and support product development timelines
Skills Required
Strong creativity with an eye for detail and aesthetics
Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and relevant design tools
Understanding of materials, finishes, and manufacturing processes for packaging and accessories
Ability to translate concepts into practical, production-ready designs
Strong problem-solving and visualization skills
Good communication and collaboration abilities
Experience
Minimum
2–5 years
of experience in Product Design / Packaging Design / Accessory Design
Experience in designing
bags, pouches, or packaging structures
preferred
Educational Qualification
Bachelor’s degree in Product Design, Fashion Accessories Design, or related field
