To create an intuitive, world-class user experience for the business community, we're looking for an awesome designer. As a product designer, we would like to learn more about your design process, problem-solving skills, visual understanding, and how you think & approach problems.
What do you bring to the table?
- Make appropriate design decisions based on data and user behavior by conducting user research.
- Understand the user's personas and needs.
- Based on feedback, adjust the approach to designs.
- Improve the lives of businessmen by creating new directions for Vyapar.
- Providing mentorship and inspiration to a team of designers.
- Resolve blockers, prioritize, and decompose complex projects to improve team performance.
What do we expect from you?
- Two years or more of experience
- In-depth knowledge of Figma
- Expert in designing systems
- Understanding of what works and what clutters
- A deep focus on simplifying usability and empathizing with the end-user
