About the Role :
Our Product and Business team is moving fast, and we are keen on quickly exploring new, out-of-the-box ideas and product experiments. While our core product pipelines are locked and scaling, we need a dedicated, creative mind to help us explore "white-space" opportunities
As a Product Design & Innovation Intern, you will operate as a product design explorer. You will research, conceptualize, and build business cases for unique features that fall outside our immediate roadmap. building things that will be live in Next Quarter. Your work will directly influence the innovative ideas we pitch to our banking and strategic partners. If you love 0-to-1 problem solving and want your executions to shape the future of fintech, this role is for you.
What You Will Do :
Conduct Deep-Dive Research:
Investigate the feasibility, market demand, and mechanics of new product design concepts.
Build Proof of Concepts (PoCs):
Translate raw ideas into clear concept notes, early-stage PRDs (Product Requirement Documents), or pitch decks.
Partner & Bank Strategy:
Formulate how these new feature designs align with our banking partners' goals and draft the narrative for external discussions.
Competitive Design Analysis - App and Brand Creatives:
Identify market gaps and determine how our unique approach can help us stand out.
Innovate:
You won't just work on our list; you are expected to brainstorm and propose your own unique ideas to the leadership team.
Immediate Projects You Will Explore :

Auto-Load for Savings Accounts & Auto-Liens for Credit Cards :
Researching and designing frictionless, automated ways for users to maintain optimum account balances.
Card Mandates and Subscriptions Management
Immigration Card Checks:
Conceptualize a unified, seamless user flow that merges ATM Simulator checks, Health Checks, and Trial Transactions into one comprehensive step.
Credit Builder:
Designing features and mechanics that leverage credit card usage to actively help users build and improve their CIBIL scores.
Gamification of Milestones:
Craft highly engaging, milestone-based reward systems for our in-app Coins and Airport Lounge access features.
Experience & Technical Chops :
We value execution over resumes. We need a hands-on "doer" who can independently translate rough concepts into tangible, interactive prototypes without waiting on a design team.
You must be fluent in the modern product design stack:
Figma:
Your home base for quickly building wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, and interactive prototypes.
Rive
: Essential for crafting the fluid, interactive animations that make our gamified features feel alive.
