Accountabilities:
1. Innovation & Emerging Tech Strategy
Technology Scouting:
Actively monitor the landscape for emerging technologies (GenAI, Hyper-automation) and assess their applicability to regional manufacturing and supply chain needs.
Rapid Prototyping:
Lead an "innovation lab" mindset within the team to run Proof of Concepts (PoCs) and Pilots. Adopt a "fail fast, learn faster" approach to validate AI and ML use cases before full-scale deployment.
Process Re-engineering:
Go beyond simple digitization; use
Process Automation
to fundamentally reimagine workflows, eliminating inefficiencies rather than just digitizing them.
2. Product Delivery & Technical Execution

Agile at Scale
3. Stakeholder & Regional Adoption
Digital Evangelism:
Change Management
4. Business Outcome Ownership
Own end-to-end business outcomes for digital and AI-driven products across the P&S AMEA portfolio, from problem definition through sustained value realization.
5. Governance and Design Authority
Act as Design Authority for P&S digital products in AMEA, ensuring adherence to global standards, security, architecture, and data governance.
6. Team & Capability Development
Build and lead high-performing cross-functional product teams (Product Managers, Engineers, Data Scientists, Automation specialists).
7. Risk & AI
Ensure AI, data, and automation solutions comply with company policies, data privacy, security, and regulatory requirements
Required Qualifications:
Experience:
10+ years in P&S knowledge, digital product management or technology delivery, with specific exposure to
innovation incubators
or R&D focused roles.
Tech Track Record:
Demonstrated success in deploying
AI/ML or Automation
solutions in a corporate environment (preferably Supply Chain or Manufacturing).
Mindset:
A "Zero to One" builder mindset—comfortable with ambiguity and driving new initiatives from scratch.
Regional Experience:
Experience navigating the diverse regulatory and technological landscapes of the
AMEA region
.
Desired Qualifications:
Technology Leader / Engineer working with leadership level business members and teams
Proven expertise in managing, mentoring & developing cross-functional teams data and engineering teams.
