About the Role We are looking for a Product & Growth professional who can operate at the intersection of product, growth, and marketing . This role is ideal for someone who enjoys full stack growth, product and marketing work and is equally comfortable in each of the roles. Ideal candidate should have eye to details, should understand data, should be comfortable with experiments, and comfortable leveraging AI tools to drive outcomes. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to build, iterate, and scale product-led growth initiatives , while owning key growth and engagement metrics. What You’ll Do Own product growth initiatives across acquisition, activation, retention, and monetization Work on product-led growth (PLG) strategies including onboarding, feature adoption, and lifecycle journeys Collaborate with product, design, marketing, and engineering teams to ship impactful features and experiments Use AI tools and platforms to improve workflows, automate processes, and enhance decision-making Analyze user data, funnels, and cohorts to identify growth opportunities and drop-offs Run A/B tests, experiments, and rapid iterations to optimize conversion and engagement Contribute to go-to-market strategies , messaging, and positioning for new features Drive growth marketing initiatives including campaigns, performance tracking, and optimization Build dashboards and track key metrics such as CAC, LTV, retention, and conversion rates What We’re Looking For 0–5 years of experience in Product, Growth, Marketing, or related roles Strong interest or hands-on experience in growth, marketing, and product thinking Working knowledge of AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, automation tools, analytics AI, no-code tools) and ability to apply them in real work scenarios Strong analytical mindset with comfort in data-driven decision making Ability to move fast, experiment, and iterate in a startup environment Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills High ownership and bias for action Good to Have Experience in SaaS / Fintech / B2B platforms Hands on experience with product, AI & marketing tools Understanding of growth frameworks (funnels, cohorts, PLG, lifecycle marketing) Prior experience working in high-growth startup environments Why Join Us Work at the intersection of product, growth, and AI Opportunity to own high-impact growth initiatives early in your career Fast-paced, high-ownership environment with strong learning exposure Build products and growth systems used by global enterprises What can you look for?   A wholesome opportunity in a fast-paced environment that will enable you to juggle between concepts, yet maintain the quality of content, interact, and share your ideas and have loads of learning while at work.
