We
are looking for a
highly
analytical and problem-solving oriented Product Analyst
who can work closely with product managers to identify opportunities, analyze
product performance, and drive data-backed decisions.
The
ideal candidate should demonstrate
strong product thinking, structured problem
solving, and deep analytical ability
to understand user
behavior and improve product outcomes.
Key
Responsibilities
Analyze
product usage data
to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement.
Work
closely with
product
managers, engineers, and designers
to support product strategy and feature
development.
Define
and track
product
metrics, KPIs, and success benchmarks
.
Conduct
deep-dive
analysis
to diagnose product performance issues.
Build
dashboards and
reports to monitor product health.
Identify
user
pain points
and recommend product improvements.
Support
A/B
testing and experimentation frameworks
.
Translate
data insights into
clear product recommendations
.
Assist
product teams in
prioritizing features based on data insights.
Primary
Skill Sets (Must Have)
1+
year experience
in Product Analytics / Business Analytics /
Data Analytics.
Strong
problem-solving
and analytical thinking ability
.
Excellent
product
sense and product thinking
.
Ability
to break down
complex problems into structured analysis.
Strong
proficiency in
SQL
for data analysis
.
Experience
working with
product
metrics and user behavior data
.
Ability
to communicate
insights clearly to cross-functional teams.
Strong
understanding of
data-driven
decision making
.
Experience
with
Excel
/ Google Sheets for analysis
.
Good
to Have
Experience
working in
consumer
product / SaaS / mobile product companies
.
Familiarity
with
product
analytics tools
such as:
Mixpanel
Amplitude
Google Analytics
Experience
with
A/B
testing frameworks and experimentation
.
Knowledge
of
Python
or R for data analysis
.
Exposure
to
dashboarding
tools
such as:
Tableau
Power BI
Understanding
of
mobile
app analytics and user funnels
