<p data-start="1193" data-end="1468">At Kaseya, success comes from embracing challenges, moving with urgency, and continuously raising the bar. </p></div><p>As <strong>Product Analyst – Oracle Fusion Cloud Applications, you are </strong>responsible for <strong>Oracle Fusion L2 functional support</strong> across <strong>Finance (R2R), Procurement (P2P), and limited H2R touchpoints</strong>, ensuring system stability, accurate accounting flows, SLA adherence, and effective collaboration with business and IT teams.</p>
<p>This role focuses on <strong>incident triage, root‑cause analysis, configuration validation, data fixes, and functional troubleshooting</strong>, working closely with Leads, Technical teams, and Oracle Support.</p>

<h2><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></h2>
<h2><strong>L2 Production Support – Oracle Fusion ERP</strong></h2>
<ul>
<li>Provide L2 functional support for Oracle Fusion Financials:</li>
<li>GL, AP, AR, FA, CM, SLA, AP, PO</li>
<li>Support P2P flows including procurement, invoicing, payments, and approvals.</li>
<li>Assist in R2R activities such as period close, reconciliation issues, and posting failures.</li>
<li>Analyze incidents, identify root cause, apply configuration/data fixes, or escalate appropriately.</li>
</ul>
<h2><strong>Incident Management & SLA Compliance</strong></h2>
<ul>
<li>Acknowledge, investigate, and resolve tickets within defined SLAs.</li>
<li>Classify issues correctly (data, setup, integration, user error).</li>
<li>Provide clear resolution notes, workaround guidance, and closure summaries.</li>
</ul>
<h2><strong>Functional Analysis & Troubleshooting</strong></h2>
<ul>
<li>Validate setups related to COA, subledger accounting, payment rules, tax, and approvals.</li>
<li>Perform impact analysis for defects, patches, and Oracle quarterly updates.</li>
<li>Support integration issue analysis (OIC / inbound‑outbound feeds) from a functional standpoint.</li>
</ul>
<h2><strong>Testing, Documentation & Controls</strong></h2>
<ul>
<li>Execute regression and bug‑fix testing during releases.</li>
<li>Maintain SOPs, KB articles, and support documentation.</li>
<li>Ensure compliance with internal controls and SOX requirements.</li>
</ul>
<h2><strong>Collaboration & Escalation</strong></h2>

<li>Oracle Fusion Financials (GL, AP, AR, FA, CM, SLA) – strong hands‑on support</li>
<li>Good understanding of P2P and R2R cycles</li>
<li>Basic exposure to H2R transactions is a plus</li>

<h2><strong>Experience Requirements</strong></h2>

<li>5-8 years of Oracle Fusion ERP functional experience</li>
<li>Minimum 2+ years in L2 production support</li>
<li>Prior experience in Finance or ERP implementation / support roles</li>
<li>Exposure to quarterly upgrades and regression testing</li>
</ul>
<h2><strong>Education & Certifications</strong></h2>
<ul>
<li>Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related field.</li>
<li>Preferred certifications:

<li>Oracle Cloud Financials Certified</li>
