The candidate will support the Telecom Expense Management team with accurate telecom invoice review, data entry, and documentation for global clients.
Responsibilities include validating basic invoice charges, identifying obvious billing discrepancies, and updating internal trackers and status logs within TEM tools or spreadsheets.
The role involves backwriting case notes, standardizing comments, and organizing supporting evidence so senior analysts can perform detailed audits and dispute management efficiently.
The candidate will help maintain clean inventory and invoice records, prepare simple periodic reports, and strictly follow defined SOPs with high attention to detail.
The position offers hands-on exposure to enterprise telecom & utility billing, cost optimization processes, and global expense management operations.
Candidates should posses:
Strong MS Excel/Google Sheets skills for data entry, lookups, and basic analysis.
Good written communication skills for clear case notes, email-style comments, and standardized backwriting.
High attention to detail, comfort with repetitive back-office work, and ability to follow SOPs and checklists.
Interest in telecom/IT billing, shared services, or expense management, with willingness to learn TEM concepts and tools.
