Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced
Process/Operational Excellence Consultant
to drive enterprise-wide process improvement and transformation initiatives. The role involves optimizing
business, technology, analytics, finance, supply chain, and other operational processes
across the organization using
Lean Six Sigma methodologies
and data-driven insights.
Key Responsibilities
Drive
end-to-end process transformation initiatives
across multiple business functions including
Finance, Supply Chain, Technology, Analytics, and other operational areas
.
Conduct
Value Stream Mapping (VSM)
to analyze current-state processes and design optimized future-state workflows.
Identify process inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and improvement opportunities to enhance productivity and operational efficiency.
Lead
Lean Six Sigma initiatives
to improve process quality, reduce cycle time, and optimize operational costs.
Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to implement
process improvement and transformation strategies
.
Leverage
data analytics and technology solutions
to support process optimization and decision-making.
Develop and track
KPIs, metrics, and dashboards
to monitor process performance and drive continuous improvement.
Document and standardize
process workflows, policies, and SOPs
to ensure consistency and best practices across the organization.
Support initiatives related to
operational excellence, automation, and digital transformation
Comprehensive Knowledge of LEAN tools
Required Qualifications
9–14 years
of experience in
Process Excellence / Business Transformation / Continuous Improvement roles
.
Proven experience in driving
process transformation across multiple business functions
such as Finance, Supply Chain, Technology, Analytics, or other enterprise operations.
Hands-on experience with
Value Stream Mapping (VSM)
and process redesign.
Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification (mandatory).
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
