The privilege access management (PAM) consultant will be responsible for working with the PAM Manager/Assistant Manager to maintain Deloitte UK’s PAM solutions in accordance with the firm’s IAM policies and standards
Work you'll do
As a Services Assistant Manager, Cyber Services on the CISO team, you will be responsible for:
Performing daily system health checks and resolving issues affecting PAM platform operations
Managing privileged account onboarding, offboarding, password objects, and compliance activities in line with PAM policies
Managing ServiceNow tickets, serving as a first point of contact for service leads and end users, and supporting issue resolution
Creating and maintaining SOPs, runbooks, playbooks, and end-user guidance documents
Supporting platform maintenance activities, including application patching, operating system patching, and coordination with vendors on open cases and product issues
