Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Printing Machine Operator to manage and operate high-speed digital printing equipment. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with digital and/or solvent printing & Dye sublimation technology printing, strong attention to color accuracy, and the ability to maintain consistent quality in a fast-paced production environment.
Key Responsibilities
Operate and monitor high-speed digital printing machines (EFI, Roland, HP etc).
Ensure print jobs meet quality standards and customer specifications.
Perform accurate color matching and maintain color consistency throughout production.
Assist with machine setup (make-ready) and job start-up processes.
Conduct routine and preventive maintenance on printing equipment.
Follow all QA/QC procedures to ensure product quality.
Troubleshoot basic machine or print issues to minimize downtime.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment; adhere to all safety protocols and PPE requirements.
Work efficiently to meet deadlines with minimal disruptions.
Collaborate with team members and follow instructions from supervisors.
Be flexible to work overtime or shifts as required.
Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
Required Skills & Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent.
1–2 years of experience in printing, print production, or solvent printing.
Strong understanding of printing materials and production processes.
Excellent color vision and attention to detail.
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Good problem-solving and multitasking skills.
Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.
