This role involves developing and executing sourcing strategies for senior leadership positions, identifying candidates, and building talent pools with high-potential individuals to support Coupang's growth in the e-commerce industry.</p> <p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Partner with tech executive recruiters and hiring managers to create and implement sourcing strategies for identifying future technology leaders at Coupang.</li> <li>Source and approach executive-level candidates independently, converting prospects into candidates for active roles.</li> <li>Develop a deep understanding of the e-commerce and tech industries, with a focus on the APAC region.</li> <li>Build strong relationships with tech executive recruiters and senior business stakeholders.</li> <li>Collaborate with tech executive recruiters to provide a consultative approach to sourcing and talent pipeline development.</li> <li>Assess candidates for qualification matches, cultural fit, and compatibility.</li> <li>Track project milestones and timelines, adjusting plans as needed to ensure successful project completion.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Minimum of 8 years of recruitment or business-related experience, with at least 4 years of executive sourcing experience in a results-oriented environment.</li> <li>Proven experience sourcing technology leaders within a technology or high-growth company is highly preferred.</li> <li>Customer-oriented with strong focus on understanding and meeting customer needs.</li> <li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to sell the Coupang proposition to executive-level candidates internationally. Fluency in English is essential.</li> <li>Highly analytical with a strong understanding of AI sourcing tools and expertise in building complex Boolean searches.</li> <li>Highly motivated and able to work independently in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.</li> </ul>
