seeking
a highly experienced and forward-thinking Principal Software Engineer to join our engineering team
that builds new generation fintech solution for trading
OTC (
Over-the-Counter
)
financial instruments
. This role is ideal for someone passionate about
fintech and
building scalable, high-performance web applications and driving technical excellence across
multiple
teams
supporting the product
. You will play a key role in shaping our architecture,
implementing key features and business logic,
and leading

What You Will Be Responsible For
Lead
ing
the design and
implementation
of
new
web application with robust backend systems
for proven b2b fintech solution
.
Creating
scalable, maintainable, and secure solution using C# and Angular.
Driv
ing
modernization efforts including refactoring
of
legacy systems and cloud migration to Azure.
Collaborat
ing
with cross-functional teams to plan and execute product roadmaps.
Leading by example on
best practices in software engineering, including clean code, testing, and CI/CD.
Explor
ing
and adopt
ing
functional programming paradigms, either through prior experience or a strong willingness to learn.
Provide technical leadership and mentorship to engineering teams.
Communicate effectively with stakeholders across business and technology domains.
Working with product management to refine new features
, understanding business
needs
and creating technical roadmaps for feature implementation.
Constantly learning and developing yourself, the team, and our product

Required
Skill
s & Experience
Excellent
C# and
Angular Skills
:
Proficiency
in
both languages
for developing
frontend and backend of
dynamic and responsive web applications.
Good
Azure Skills
: Experience with Azure cloud services and deployment
with cost optimization focus
.
Some Experience with
Functional Programming
or readiness to learn it is a plus
: Understanding of one or more functional programming languages (
OCaml
, Standard ML, F#, Scala, Haskell) is
a nice to have for this position
.
Experience
with architecture design:
proven track of
designing and implementing
scalable web applications
with complex backend logic.
Experience in designing and developing
REST
APIs.
Familiarity with legacy systems and experience in refactoring and modernization projects
is a plus.
Interest and ability to work with complex architecture
with a clear focus on simplification
and creating maintainable system
Demonstrated success in a multinational company focused on digital product development
is essential to succeed in this position
.
M.Sc. or Ph.D. in Computer Science or a similar field.
Furthermore, We Value That You

Have strong collaboration and communication skills and fluency in English (written and spoken).
Are willing to learn and

new technical and programming skills.
Actively learn through experimentation when tackling the latest problems, using experiences from both successes and failures.
