Role Overview
Scimplify is seeking a
Speciality Polymer R&D Leader
to lead innovation and process development in
polyurethane systems, polyamides, and polyos
for speciality industrial applications.
Key Responsibilities
Lead
polymer synthesis and formulation development
.
Drive
new product development for specialty polymer applications
.
Develop scalable processes for
polyurethane, polyamide, and polyol systems
.
Work closely with commercial teams to
translate market requirements into product innovation
.
Manage
pilot scale development and technology transfer to manufacturing
.
Build strong
collaborations with global customers and research partners
.
Lead and mentor the
polymer R&D team
.
Qualifications
PhD / M.Tech in
Polymer Chemistry, Material Science, or Chemical Engineering
.
Strong experience in
polymer synthesis and formulation chemistry
.
Experience in
global/MNC R&D environments
.
Minimum
10+ years of leadership experience in R&D
.
Preferred Background
Specialty polymers
Polyurethane chemistry
