Role Overview
Scimplify is looking for an experiences
Material Science R&D Leader
to drive the development of
next-generation advanced materials
for batteriesm semiconductor material and OLED applications
Key Responsibilities
Lead R&D programs focused on
advanced materials for electronics and energy storage
.
Develop and scale
high-performance materials for batteries, semiconductors, and OLEDs
.
Drive
material synthesis, characterization, and performance optimization
.
Work closely with global partners and customers to
develop customized materials
.
Lead cross-functional collaboration with
manufacturing, product development, and commercial teams
.
Establish robust
material testing and validation frameworks
.
Mentor and lead a
multi-disciplinary R&D team
.
Qualifications
PhD / M.Tech in
Material Science, Chemical Engineering, or Polymer Science
.
Experience working in
global or MNC R&D environments
.
Minimum
10+ years of leadership experience in R&D
.
Preferred Background
Battery materials
Semiconductor chemicals
OLED materials
Electronic chemicals
