About this role

Individual will be responsible for managing the hardware development of SOC/MCU from concept to mass production. During the life cycle of the project, he would be responsible for - Responsibilities: Solid technical background with understanding and/or hands-on experience in of HW Chip development (CPU’s/GPU’s/MCU’s/SoC’s/Memory dev etc.) Able to plan and manage complex Projects spanning across multiple departments and different development phases (from concept to production). Collaborate with cross-functional teams including design, verification, software, and manufacturing to define project scope, goals, and deliverables. Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets, and track progress against milestones. Ensure & manage project KPIs. Identify the opportunities to improve productivity & development efficiency. Should be able to upfront Identify & mitigate the risks. Managing timely and clear communication upwards & within the team. Communicate project status, challenges, and solutions to stakeholders, including senior management and customers. Drive continuous improvement in project management processes and methodologies. Sharing the best practices with other project managers. Mentor and guide junior project managers and team members. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or a related field. 12+ years of experience in hardware project management, with a focus on SoC/MCU development. Able to communicate in both Japanese & English Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale, complex hardware projects. Strong understanding of MCU/SoC architecture, design, and verification processes. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. PMP or similar project management certification is a plus.
