This role focuses on building intelligent, automation-driven solutions that improve cloud operations, decision-making, and customer outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
Define and own the product strategy for AI and Generative AI capabilities within MontyCloud
Identify high-impact AI use cases across cloud operations, automation, optimization, and customer workflows
Drive the end-to-end product lifecycle from opportunity discovery and experimentation to roadmap planning, requirements, delivery, and launch
Work backwards from customer pain points to create AI-powered solutions with clear user and business value
Partner with engineering and technical teams to deliver secure, scalable, and high-performing AI product capabilities
Translate complex AI/ML technologies into simple, valuable, and usable product experiences
Collaborate with customers and internal stakeholders to validate AI use cases and ensure product-market fit
Define product KPIs and success metrics for AI-driven features, including adoption, efficiency, engagement, and business impact
Balance short-term AI experimentation with long-term product vision and platform scalability
Stay current on market trends, AI/ML advancements, LLM ecosystem changes, and competitive landscape to inform product direction
Evangelize the AI product vision internally and externally through storytelling, demos, enablement, and customer engagements
Ensure responsible AI thinking through a focus on trust, usability, risk awareness, and scalable product operations
Must Have
12+ years of experience in
Product Management
, with strong experience in
B2B SaaS
Experience building, launching, or scaling
AI/ML or Generative AI-powered products or features
Proven ability to define AI product strategy and execute from concept to launch
Strong customer-first mindset and ability to identify meaningful AI use cases tied to real customer pain points
Strong analytical and product thinking, including data-driven prioritization and success measurement
Ability to translate technical AI concepts into compelling product experiences and value propositions
Proven ability to work cross-functionally with engineering, design, GTM, and customer-facing teams
Strong communication skills, with the ability to move between executive-level storytelling and detailed product discussions
Ability to operate in a high-ambiguity, fast-paced environment with strong ownership
Familiarity with
Generative AI, LLMs, copilots, AI assistants, or workflow automation tools
Understanding of
AI governance, responsible AI, privacy, and trust considerations
Good to Have
Experience with
cloud AI platforms
such as AWS, Azure, or GCP AI services
Exposure to enterprise AI use cases in cloud, operations, support, or SaaS workflows
Experience in

Experience in cloud, infrastructure, or platform product environments
