Position Description:
LeadSquared is building enterprise-grade agentic AI capabilities to transform how sales, marketing, and ops teams work. This role owns the vision, roadmap, and end-to-end delivery of agentic AI products — bridging complex ML capabilities with real enterprise buyer needs. The hire will also play a key role in closing the agentic AI skill gap within the current PM organisation.
Primary Responsibilities:
Define and own the multi-year product roadmap for AI agent capabilities — covering orchestration, tool use, memory, and human-in-the-loop workflows
Ship production-grade agentic solutions meeting enterprise requirements around reliability, security, latency, and auditability
Partner with ML/backend engineering, design, GTM, and customer success to drive products from 0→1 and 1→scale
Present roadmaps and trade-offs to senior leadership; translate business ambitions into executable product bets
Track the agentic AI competitive landscape and identify where LSQ builds moats vs. leverages foundation models or third-party tooling
Additional Responsibilities:
Mentor and upskill the existing PM team on agentic AI — patterns, pitfalls, and evaluation frameworks
Contribute to hiring and team-building as the agentic AI practice grows
Represent the product perspective in cross-functional forums and customer conversations
