Principal / Associate Engineer – Structures Qualification: B.Tech / B.E. in Civil Engineering with minimum 10 years of experience M.Tech / M.E. in Structural Engineering preferred Experience: 10+ years of experience in Railways, Metro, Roads & Highways projects Proven experience in handling complex transportation structures Experience in leading design teams and coordinating with multidisciplinary stakeholders Key Responsibilities: Lead structural design and engineering activities for transportation infrastructure projects Manage and deliver complex structural analysis and design packages Review and approve design calculations, drawings, and technical documents Ensure compliance with BS, ASTM, Euro Codes, and MENA standards Provide technical leadership and mentorship to design teams Coordinate with BIM, drafting, and project management teams Support project delivery, technical risk management, and quality assurance Software Skills: Proficient in MIDAS and STAAD Tekla experience preferred Working knowledge of BIM 360 Key Competencies: Strong leadership and decision-making skills Excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines Effective communication and stakeholder management skills At Surbana Jurong, we put talent, hard work, teamwork and a fun workplace together to approach problems and solve them creatively and collaboratively.
