Work with the team to identify and qualify business opportunities, understand customer technical objections and develop the strategy to resolve technical blockers.
Provide Google Cloud expertise to support the technical relationship with Google’s customers, including technology advocacy, support bid responses, product and solution briefings, proof-of-concept work, and partner directly with product management to prioritize solutions impacting customer adoption to Google Cloud.
Work with customers to demonstrate and prototype Google Cloud product integrations in customer/partner environments.
Recommend integration strategies, enterprise architectures, platforms and application infrastructure required to implement a complete solution using best practices on Google Cloud.
Lead prospecting and acquisition of new logos, create and build customer relationships, and establish yourself as a trusted advisor on their technology and business decisions.
Minimum qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
10 years of experience with cloud native architecture in a customer-facing or support role.
Experience with cloud engineering, on-premise engineering, virtualization, or containerization platforms.
Experience engaging with, or presenting to, technical stakeholders or executive leaders.
Preferred qualifications:
Experience selling technical solutions in one or more of the following: Infrastructure Modernization, Application Modernization, Data Management, Data Analytics, Cloud AI, Networking, Migrations, Security.
Experience driving the entire business cycle (e.g., defining the delivery and consumption plan and transitioning it for execution).
Experience building technical strategies to uncover new workloads with customers.
Experience migrating applications and services to cloud platforms.
Experience with security concepts (e.g., encryption, identity management, access control, attack vectors).
