Position Summary

Consultant, Technical Transformation
We are seeking a Consultant with experience in
pricing transformation and Pricefx
to support the design and delivery of pricing strategy, pricing technology, and commercial excellence solutions for clients. This role sits within the
Sales & Service offering
and supports
Customer OP
engagements focused on improving pricing effectiveness, margin performance, and sales execution. The Consultant will work with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into Pricefx-enabled solutions and support implementation, testing, and client adoption.
Work you’ll do:
Support
Pricefx implementations
including requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, and deployment
Work with client stakeholders to assess current pricing processes, pain points, and improvement opportunities
Translate business requirements into functional specifications and user stories for pricing tools and workflows
Assist in configuring
Pricefx modules
such as pricing logic, workflows, approvals, rebate management, analytics, and dashboards
Conduct data analysis to support pricing strategy, segmentation, discount optimization, and margin improvement initiatives
Support integration discussions across ERP, CRM, CPQ, and downstream pricing/reporting systems
Develop test scripts, support SIT/UAT, and manage defect tracking and resolution
Prepare client-ready deliverables including process maps, requirements documents, training materials, and status updates
Support change management, end-user training, and business adoption activities
Contribute to practice development through asset creation, internal knowledge sharing, and pursuit support

Qualifications
Must Have Skills/Project Experience/Certifications:
Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, economics, information systems, or related field
2+ years of consulting and/or industry experience in
pricing, commercial excellence, revenue management, or sales transformation
Hands-on experience with
Pricefx
in implementation, configuration, or business process design
Understanding of pricing processes including price setting, discounting, approvals, rebates, and margin analysis
Experience working with large datasets and translating insights into business recommendations
Strong problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills
Ability to work in a team-based, client-facing environment and manage multiple workstreams
Willingness to travel based on client and business needs
Good to Have Skills/Project Experience/Certifications:
Experience with
B2B pricing transformation
programs
Familiarity with ERP/CRM platforms such as
SAP, Salesforce, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics
Exposure to pricing analytics, CPQ, quote-to-cash, or commercial operations processes
Experience in Agile delivery environments
Advanced Excel, PowerPoint, and requirements documentation skills
Prior experience in consulting, especially in customer, sales, or service transformation programs
Education:
BE/B.Tech/M.C.A./M.Sc (CS) degree or equivalent from accredited university
