Provide technical support for customers to support pre-sales and post-sales processes
Single point of contact with our technical team, OEM and the customer.
Manage the onsite resources/Project team.
understand the customers Information security process & policies, which may include security gathering, change request etc.
Analyses customers needs and suggest upgrades or additional features to meet their requirements
Identify solutions to reduce support costs
Liaise with the sales team to win new business and increase sales Requirements and skills
An ability to gasp customers needs and suggest timely solutions
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Requirement :
Should have at SME level knowledge in at least 2 below security domains:
Cloud Security (primarily AWS & Azure native security tools)
Endpoint Security (Anti-virus, Anti-Malware, EDR, Anti-APT, Encryption, IDAM)
Network & Perimeter Security (NGFW, WAF, Anti-DDoS, Load Balancers)
Data Security (DLP, Email Security, App Sec-VA/PT)
Advanced Security (SIEM, SOAR, UEBA, GRC, BCP/DR, Proxy)
Should have Govt/PSU account handling/facing experience
