About this role

Job Summary: We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Presales Executive to join our growing real estate team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for cold calling, lead generation, and scheduling site visits with potential clients. This role is critical in driving our customer acquisition strategy and ensuring a strong sales pipeline. Key Responsibilities: Conduct outbound cold calls to potential customers from provided lead databases or generated lists. Understand customer requirements and explain project offerings, pricing, and features. Generate qualified leads and maintain detailed records in CRM tools. Schedule and coordinate site visits for potential clients with the sales team. Follow up with leads through calls, emails, and WhatsApp to ensure visit confirmations. Maintain daily call logs and lead reports to ensure target achievement. Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to support campaigns and events. Provide feedback on market trends, client preferences, and competitive activities. Key Requirements: Bachelor's degree in any discipline. 0–2 years of experience in telecalling, inside sales, or presales (real estate preferred). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities. Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems is a plus. Fluency in English, Hindi & Marathi is preferred.
